1. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on an Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. The App is licensed, not sold.

2. Apple's standard EULA

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”). If these Terms conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA governs to the extent of that conflict.

3. Scripture and other content

Scripture translations and other third-party materials available in the App remain the property of their respective owners or are used from public-domain sources. We make no ownership claim over public-domain Scripture. Your use of any licensed third-party content may be subject to additional notices or terms shown in the App.

4. In-app purchases and subscriptions

The App may offer in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions for premium features. Apple processes all transactions through the App Store. By purchasing, you also agree to Apple's payment and subscription terms.

• Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase and may vary by region.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings.
• Refunds and unused subscription periods are governed by applicable law and Apple's refund policies.

5. Intellectual property

The App's design, software, user interface, graphics, logo, and original content are owned by or licensed to the publisher of Come & Eat and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
• interfere with, damage, disable, or impair the App;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its services;
• remove or obscure proprietary notices; or
• violate the rights of another person or applicable law.

7. Informational and spiritual use

Come & Eat is intended to support personal reflection and Bible engagement. Its content is provided for general informational and educational purposes and is not professional medical, legal, financial, or counseling advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and use of the App.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher of Come & Eat and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, use, goodwill, profits, or revenue arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

10. Apple acknowledgment

These Terms are between you and the publisher of Come & Eat, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, or support. To the extent required by the Apple EULA, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you after you accept them. Claims relating to the App remain subject to the responsibilities and remedies described in the Apple EULA and applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms or use the App in a way that harms us, another user, or a third party. When access ends, the license granted under these Terms ends immediately.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the publisher of Come & Eat operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be sent through the support channel listed in the App or on its App Store page.
